Instructions to change your Zoom music on hold recording

Upgrading to a custom message on hold is quick and easy.  Here are the steps to follow:

1. Sign into your Zoom web portal
2. In the Navigation menu, click Phone
3. Click the Settings tab
4. Click Add Audio
5. Click the Upload tab
6. Click Upload and select your custom Informer Message on hold file
7. Click Use the Audio

That’s it.  The entire process will take less than a minute.
