  • Next go to “Connecting Message” and “Audio While Connecting.” Here you can choose the default music to be played while connecting, a different song, or something better: you can turn this time into a marketing opportunity, by playing a marketing message that reinforces your advertising, introduces a new service, or promotes a profitable product. To do so
  • click on enable, and upload a custom message for your callers to hear

It’s that easy.  From now on, instead of ignoring the ring back tone of your favorite new song, you can give your callers information that you want them to have.  This will educate every Manhattan customer about your services and start profitable conversations when they reach you.
